An In House Resourcing Consultant is required to work for an dynamic and ambitious brand based in Central Bristol.

You will be tasked with supporting the team with expansion plans and have the ability to attract, inspire and secure the top talent within the market. This will be achieved through providing potential candidates with an exciting and memorable experience. You will initially support 2 key front and back office customer operational areas.

To secure this role, that sits within a vibrant team, and you will currently be in a In House role, RPO, Recruitment Account Management or see this as your first step into an in-house recruitment career.

This role will require you to quickly be able to build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their employee needs are met and the business can thrive. The company offers great progression opportunities and excellent benefits package to all employees.
