You will partner with Line Managers, Functional Managers and HR function to drive the resolution of employee issues right through from initiation to closure. You will be accountable for all complex Employee Relations casework - credibly explaining the risks and potential options to senior management in order to effectively manage issues and any ensuing litigation.
You will lead in the development and delivery of HR policy, ensuring at all times that it is consistent with the Company's vision and values, best practice, good governance and legal compliance.
In addition, you will lead and support multiple projects encompassing all areas of the employee lifecycle that will drive forward the business objectives and HR strategy, including but not limited to: - Coaching & Training - Stakeholder Management - General Employee Issues/Queries - Performance Management - Absence Management - Ad-hoc Project Work
