Commercial Director

My client is a market leading and pioneering business, that has won numerous awards for its industry leading customer experience. They're now planning to expand the business across a range of products and are looking for a Commercial Head/Director to drive forward all commercial elements. This will include the continued development of existing relationships and activity, coupled with developing and executing strategies to support new products and new customers.

*Ownership of new and existing key strategic relationships, including contract negotiation, execution and delivery
*Identifying, quantifying and executing on new commercial opportunities
*Development of internal and external relationships to support the installation of new products
*Leading commercial modelling, forecasting and planning activity
*Overseeing the relationship management including contracting, delivery, reporting and account management
*Development and execution of end to end supply chain, warehousing and logistics strategy
*Development and delivery of key commercial metrics
*Leading a team of analysts to provide analytical support
*Working with Product/Tech Teams to define technology requirements to support internal operations and third party integrations
*Oversight of Commercial function activity - asset procurement, sales and relationships; stock and supply chain; demand/supply forecasting; third part relationship management

*Previously operated at Head of or Director level and negotiated / managed high level £mm contracts
*Highly numerate, analytical and degree educated
*Ownership and delivery of key strategic projects
*A proven track record of developing productive relationships with a variety of stakeholders
*Experience of managing, motivating and developing a high performing team and influential at all levels
*Knowledge of Asset Management principles and processes
*Led contract negotiation and execution with hardware manufacturers
*Good understanding of what can be delivered through effective technology/systems
