ArtisHR are currently supporting an exciting business in Swindon with the recruitment of a permanent full time Reward Analyst role, this is a newly created opportunity which can offer development. The role will be paying £35-40,000 dependant on experience.

To support and assist the Reward team with the preparation and day-to-day running of all Reward programmes (including Salary Review, Long and Short Term Incentives, Promotions, Recognition Awards, and Benefits)

Principal Accountabilities:

*Assist with the running of annual and regular Reward programs (including Salary Review, bonus plans, recognition awards, benefit plans)
*Support an efficient benchmarking service for new positions and employee life cycle changes, through preparing and analysing market benchmark data
*Support the project management and running of the annual salary review program (including preparation and analysis of market benchmarks, modelling, supporting managers during review cycle, and after-approval actions)
*Manage the annual data submission of salary and benefit surveys globally, and analyse survey results to put forward recommendations for change where necessary.
*Support the running of the businesses short and long-term incentive plans, including employee bonus plans, recognition awards, ad-hoc retention plans and cash incentive plans, through preparation of data, modelling payments and after-approval actions.
*Prepare data and support the production of global annual Total Reward statements, including managing the design of global total reward statements.
*Maintain an up-to-date database holding the business global benefit offerings
*Support the Reward team and Finance with data required for Reward program budgeting and Headcount benchmarking
*Assist with the preparation of data and reporting, for ad-hoc, regular and monthly dashboard reporting
*Provide modelling and accurate data on Reward programs to facilitate budget and business decisions
*Assist with the preparation and set-up of reward programmes in the HR system
*Support data gathering and analysis for Directors Remuneration Report, and other reporting regulations (such as gender pay reporting in the UK)
*Contribute towards and maintain Reward communications, such as benefit summaries, manager newsletters, and Reward program e-mails to line managers)
*Prepare and update presentations and intranet site content on reward topics
*Provide ad-hoc cover for share plan administration team
*Carry out Reward related projects as requested by the Director, Global Reward, HR Business Partners or SVP HR

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

*Previous experience working within Reward, or HR Generalist role with some Reward knowledge and background
*Degree qualified in HR, Business or Psychology related degree
*Good numeracy and analytical skills
*Experience, or keen interest, of working in a Global environment,
*Keen interest in current HR practices and working in an international business environment
*Experience using database systems and creating numerical and quantitative reports
*Good verbal and written communication skills in English

*Experience using SAP HR and/or SuccessFactors
*Experience of salary survey job matching
*Experience with variable pay plans (short term and long term) and Benefits
*Experience with share awards

*Essential: Degree qualified in HR, Business or Psychology related degree
*Desirable: Professional HR/Reward qualification (e.g. CIPD or GRP), or studying
