Manage/administer employee benefit programmes including pension, car benefits, healthcare, insurance schemes, salary sacrifice and voluntary benefits. Manage Gender Pay Gap reporting requirements. Act as a point of expertise advising HR colleagues and senior managers on practice, policy and legislative change. Effectively collaborate with Reward Team members to deliver overall Reward Team accountabilities
*Manage and administer business as usual employee benefits activity including policy, scheme renewals, communications, and benchmarking.
*Manage external advisers ensuring appropriate service levels and rates.
*Participate in benefit benchmarking surveys.
*Contribute to reward development projects including Total Reward and Harmonisation propositions.
*Preparation of reward and benefit proposals/papers to gain approval/ decisions as required.
*Support Reward Administrator with regular communications to new and existing employees to increase benefit take up.
*Maintain overview of reward and benefits policy, provision and eligibility.
*Provide expertise within the Reward team to contribute to the development of reward policies that are aligned to the People Function, support business strategies, are aligned to Company value, and which are market competitive and legislatively compliant.
*Extensive benefits knowledge
*Good knowledge of pension arrangements.
*Experience in providing advice and contributing to the development of benefit offerings.
*Strong project management capability.
*Highly organised with demonstrable experience of delivering at pace and within agreed timescales
*Excellent numeracy and data analysis skills.
*Attention to detail and accuracy.
*Ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
*Able to manage and influence stakeholders and facilitate discussions.
