Role summary -
A great opportunity to work for a fantastic organisation and own the end to end recruitment cycle with a strong focus on the customer liaison.
The Resourcing Partner will work closely with key stakeholders and managers to provide recruitment solutions that ensure that they attract and select the best external and internal talent.
The appointed candidate will work in partnership with key contacts within key functional areas and be a single point of contact, taking full briefings. Once this has taken place you will be fully responsible for advising and agreeing on suitable recruitment solutions. Owning the end to end recruitment, managing vacancies until offer stage.
The appointed candidate will have experience and be able to work on and fill all levels of positions to support the resourcing process and activities. The ability to build strong relationships to partner with the business is essential, along with a desire to work pro-actively and engage in potential future needs as well as current requirements.
Manages the recruitment process from vacancy briefing, to sourcing, to interviewing, through to verbal offer stage.
Builds and maintains recruiting networks with external and internal sources to create a diversified pipeline of talent.
Builds strong relationships with hiring managers and provides them with services to support the achievement of customer service standards
Proactively source and qualify candidates to present to the businesses.
Screens candidates for placement criteria and provides written summary of skills and abilities to hiring area.
Recruiting for specialist and high volume positions.
Conducts external recruiting activity to develop a candidate database.
Supports and engages in digital attraction as a key method of engaging with talent.
Provides guidance to hiring managers on appropriate selection techniques.
*Previous experience of working as Recruiter either in-house, RPO or for an agency.
*Strong verbal and excellent written communication skills.
*Self-motivated and results driven.
*Pragmatic and commercially minded.
*Effective team player who is dynamic and has ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Good stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
*Positive and supportive outlook in line with the team culture.
Salary and benefits
£30-35,000 per annum + excellent benefits
