Artis HR are excited to be supporting a recognised business in the Swindon area with the recruitment of a Resourcing Business Partner, this is a permanent full time post paying £40-45,000 + excellent benefits.

Role summary -
A great opportunity has arisen within our clients Talent Acquisition Team which is currently going through a very exciting transformation. The team are moving their service from outsourced to in-house and will be responsible for the end to end recruitment cycle with a strong focus on the customer throughout.

In this pivotal role, the Resourcing Business Partner will work closely with our key business stakeholders and hiring managers to provide recruitment solutions that ensure we attract and select the best external and internal talent. The Resourcing Business Partner role will work in partnership with key contacts within defined functional areas and be as single point of contact, taking time to understand business and resource needs. Equipped with this knowledge, they will advise and agree on recruiting solutions. The Resourcing Business Partner will then have the responsibility and accountability to manage vacancies until offer stage and will work as a part of a team and flex across business areas to ensure that the team deliver a consistently high level of service across the business.

As the Team move to a more strategic and less transactional model, this role will play a key role by working as a respected business partner and influencing the achievement of the UK strategy including transformation.

We are looking for an experienced recruiter with subject matter expertise across multiple disciplines, able to work on and fill all levels of positions to support the talent acquisition process and activities. The ability to build strong relationships to partner with the business is essential, along with a desire to work pro-actively and engage in potential future needs as well as current requirements.

Key responsibilities
*Manages the recruitment process from vacancy briefing, to sourcing, to interviewing, through to verbal offer stage.
*Proactively source and qualify candidates to present to the businesses.
*Screens candidates for placement criteria and provides written summary of skills and abilities to hiring area.
*Generates leads by conducting research and/or utilizing a variety of resources and tools.
*Recruits for specialist and high volume positions.
*Builds and maintains recruiting networks with external and internal sources to create a diversified pipeline of talent.
*Builds strong relationships with hiring managers and provides them with services to support the achievement of customer service standards.
*Conducts external recruiting activity to develop a candidate database.
*Supports and engages in digital attraction as a key method of engaging with talent.
*Provides guidance to hiring managers on appropriate selection techniques.
Your Skills
*Experience of working as Recruiter either in-house, RPO or for an agency.
*Strong verbal and excellent written communication skills.
*Self-motivated and results driven.
*Pragmatic and commercially minded.
*Effective team player who is dynamic and has ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Good stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
*Positive and supportive outlook in line with the team culture.
