ArtisHR are recruiting for an Inhouse recruiter for an innovative business based in Bristol, with an international presence our client has doubled in growth and are looking to continue over the next 5 years. This is initially a 6 month FTC but had the potential to be extended or go permanent. Salary of £50-60,000 pa.

Key Responsibilities
Our client has more than doubled in growth last year and they are looking to do the same again over the next 14 months. Because of that, they have a need for a passionate, good humoured, self-motivated in-house Recruiter to join the team. This position will be located in there Bristol / London office and has flexibility of home working. This role will be recruiting for positions in both the UK and the US (no prior US experience required - but would be valuable if you have it).

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in the cloud (SaaS) business solutions technology space, risk intelligence space, etc. We are a small, fast paced, friendly, high achieving team looking for another amazing teammate to come on board and hit the ground running! Having the ability to be able to work independently, possess high personal accountability and drive and be results driven is necessary. As a Recruiter you will need to have experience in handling the entire recruitment lifecycle:

*Researching, creating and updating job descriptions as needed
*Handling heavy direct hire, as well as partnering with staffing firms (when the need is necessary) to ensure we meet our hiring timelines
*Identifying and staying up-to-date on the best job boards to target for sourcing open positions
*Managing job postings you are responsible for on LinkedIn and other relevant job boards
*Conducting heavy direct searches for positions - our objective is 70% > direct hire - and we take it seriously!
*Recommending and participating in recruiting events to source exceptional entrant level candidates (i.e. university and intern programs, user groups, open house events, etc.)
*Recommending and developing new and creative ways to fill candidate pipelines
*Building strong candidate pipelines to support immediate business needs and future requirements
*Managing the candidate process via the company's applicant tracking system
*Socialising open positions on Corporate LinkedIn and Facebook pages
*Pre-screening candidates for managers - provide valuable screening notes and highlight any important flags (positive and/or areas that require additional probing)
*Coordinating interview scheduling for managers, relevant team members and panel interviews
*Managing communications with Hiring Managers and candidates throughout entire hiring process
*Coordinating all relevant resources and provide instruction to candidates related to panel interviews
*Conducting reference checks and provide feedback to managers
*Extending offers to candidates at manager's discretion and direction
*Providing weekly reporting and recruiting updates to the Head of Human Resources
*Ensuring you are providing a "experience" to all candidates - respectful, friendly, professional, with timely follow-up and follow-through

Experience and Behaviours Required
*Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
*4+ years experience in a high volume recruitment environment
*In-house experience required
*Experience in the cloud (SaaS) business solutions technology space highly beneficial
*Strong experience building talent pipelines and delivering against a high volume of recruits within a specified timeline
*Expertise in Boolean searches, innovative sourcing tools and social networking sites, along with more traditional sourcing techniques
*Solid understanding of appropriate legal and compliant employment processes
*Must be discrete and able to manage confidential information
*Experience building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the business
*Excellent planning and organisation skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities quickly
*Solid verbal and written communication skills
*Good command of the English language - verbal and written
*Good with numbers
*Strong experience using search tools in LinkedIn and other job boards required
*Strong level of comfort with technology (MS Office - Word, Excel required - PowerPoint a plus, applicant tracking systems, social media, smart phone, etc.)
*Some travel required
*Do what it takes attitude - recruitment is not a 9 am - 5 pm job
*Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload
*Friendly, flexible disposition, good sense of humour
