ArtisHR is currently supporting an outstanding professional services organisation in central Bristol with the recruitment of a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 12 month ftc paying £35,000 pa. This is a fantastic opportunity managing key aspects, projects and recruitment workstreams for the entire organisation, working closely with managers and directors to find exceptional candidates who can help continue the businesses excellent performance.

You will build excellent working relationships with all stakeholders across the business to ensure that you are aware of all current and emerging needs of the organisation. It will then be your responsibility to apply appropriate strategies to meet these needs.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


*Deliver against headcount plan, managing workload across the different business areas and projects
*Review processes to identify and implement best practice sharing and communication
*Demonstrate experience of innovating new strategies for attracting top talent
*Partner with the business, HR Operations and Learning & Development regarding talent assessment, development and succession planning
*Strengthen and develop the employer brand
*Drive consistent review of recruiting metrics and make data driven decisions which move the organisation toward further efficiency
*Help drive the talent agenda with key projects relating to talent attraction, succession and development.
*Strategic recruitment planning for future growth in key business areas and channels
*Ensure consistent review and management of vendors, agencies, cost and efficiencies in the recruiting function

Experience and skills
*Understands the link between recruitment and employer brand
*An innovative business and recruitment thought leader
*Experienced at delivering a cost conscious approach to recruitment
*Significant direct recruitment experience
*Strong customer focus and commitment to continuous improvement
*Networks across the business and establishes effective working relationships
*Outstanding communication and influencing skills
*Project management skills, including well developed planning and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise, work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
*Ability to influence at a senior level
