ArtisHR are recruiting for a HR Admin / Reward Advisor for a fantastic business in central Bristol, this is a 12 month ftc paying £20-23,000 pa.

This role is responsible for the administration of the Rewards flexible benefits system and supporting the Senior Reward Manager with the administration of all areas of Reward.



*Monthly processing of Rewards including:
*Processing new joiners and leavers
oGenerating and checking reports of new selections / changes to selections and issuing to benefits providers
oLiaising with providers to reconcile benefits selections
o Generating Purchase Orders and checking invoices
oMonthly auto-enrolment pensions processing - uploading to system and notifying correct teams
o Opening and closing benefits windows for anytime selections o Uploading payroll data to Rewards system

*Advising employees on all Rewards issues including: o Presenting to new joiners at corporate inductions
oManaging of Rewards inbox queries and responding to other issues as they arise o Working with Corporate Solutions to ensure that overall benefits offering is competitive and well communicated - e.g. attending focus groups, participating in discussions on new benefits, being involved in communications planning meetings
oProviding advice to HR colleagues on benefits offerings

Pay and bonus

*Preparing salary survey submissions, ensuring that they are completed accurately and in line with agreed data protection protocol
*Assisting with the benchmarking of new / changed roles
*Assisting with the wider pay review process including:
*Collating background data
*Preparing spreadsheets
*Analysis of pay and bonus recommendations
*Preparation of pay / review letters

HR Operations

*Creating new user accounts for HR Self-Service
*Maintaining the organisational structure chart
*Supporting HR colleagues in use of the core HR system including: o Producing reports and analyses o Holiday calculations o Input of new joiner details/job changes at times of peak demand o Acting as backup system administrator if the HR Analyst is absent
