To assist the HR Business Partner with the day to day administration of the company benefit schemes, annual compensation cycles, HCGIS management and data reporting analysis.
This position is part of an HR team of six and involves liaison with the US HR department in New York.
*To administer the various Company benefit schemes across UK, Europe and Asia offices. This includes pension, death in service, long term disability and medical.
*Administer and submit monthly autoenrolment files for Pension.
*Check and reconcile invoices from the Company's brokers and benefit providers.
*Work with HR - BP at renewal time to ensure correct data is used for renewal process.
*Assist the HR - BP with input into benefits surveys run by organisations such as City HR Association.
*Update monthly internal benefit systems and records.
*Working closely with the finance team in order to assist with cost reporting.
*Other Benefit administration as required.
*Workday Administration including, inputting joiners, updating leavers, business transactions, salary updates and any ad hoc updates.
*Interacting with US HR data team to set up regular reports such as headcount, hires, terminations, turnover reporting etc.
*Work with HR BP on Annual Workday projects
*Producing adhoc reports from Workday as required.
*Analysing HR data i.e. Recruitment, Retention, Absence.
*Producing reports and ensuring accurate forecasting and analysis.
*Assist the HR BP with the yearend compensation cycles and July Analyst compensation cycle.
*Pre compensation cycle administration including data review and data input.
*Work with HR BP required to ensure Compose is up to date and deadlines are met.
*Work with HR BP to check individual Compensation sheets during salary and bonus review periods.
*Create ad hoc spreadsheets from Comp App as required for analysis of salary and bonus information.
*Work with the HR BP on benchmarking and salary survey exercises.
*Assisting the wider HR, Finance and payroll teams.
*Working on ad hoc reward projects throughout the year.
*Other Compensation Administration as required.
Education and Experience
*Degree level education - preferably finance focused.
*Up to two years' experience in an HR department in Financial Services
*Some experience of benefits administration or compensation within a banking environment
*Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
*Strong Excel skills, ability to build and manipulate spreadsheets
*Confidence with managing large amounts of data
*Eye for detail
*Preferably experience of Workday
*Good communication skills, ability to deal with staff at all levels with a helpful manner
*Proven understanding of working in a highly confidential environment
*Prepared to get stuck in to other areas of HR work such as onboarding processes etc if required to support other team members
