Core responsibilities will include
*Supporting the HR Director and Business Partner with any HR issues across the business
*First point of contact for Managers and Employees for queries and issues.
*Day to day guidance to Managers and Employees
*Employee Relations to include disciplinaries, grievances and absence management.
*Supporting disciplinary and grievance process
*Working with the HR Director / Business Partner on any projects.
*Supporting changes in policies and process's.
*Working with managers to give advice and guidance to make sure they follow necessary processes.
*First point of contact for Managers and Employees for queries and routine issues.
*Managing recruitment, advertising of roles, screening cv's, arranging and attending interviews.
The successful candidate will have the below experience.
*Previous HR Advising experience.
*Working towards their CIPD Qualification.
*A strong team player
*Ability to multi task and work well under pressure
