I am excited to be working with this successful Bristol based organisation again. Due to their continued success I have been asked to recruit another Customer Care Team Leader to join their high performing expanding customer care team.

Having worked with this forward thinking progressive organisation for the last 12 months I can honestly say they are leading the way in customer service engagement and have passion for the development of its people.

Leading a highly talented team you will be providing support, leadership and development to team members within a contact centre environment.

The successful candidate must demonstrate.
*Having excellent leadership skills and experience of managing high performing contact centre
*Know exactly how to motivate, communicate and influence your team.
*Hands on approach supporting, coaching and developing team members.
*Be able to lead through change and deliver a consistently brilliant customer experience.
*Have strong analytical and numeracy skills.
*Define and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills and Experience
*A minimum of 12 months' experience of managing a team in a customer contact centre.
*Good communication skills
*Competent at using computer packages such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel etc.
*Problem solving skills
*Coaching and training experience
*Ability to self-motivate, motivate others and drive for success
*Knowledge of the disciplinary and grievance procedures
