Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing, motivating and supporting your team of Customer Services Advisors, setting KPI's and driving measurable improvements to ensure targets are met together with delivering excellent customer service standards.
You will ensure the daily operations of the department run smoothly which will include rota setting, attendance management, maximising operator availability, staff evaluations and preparation of weekly call statistics. You will also be expected to deal with escalated telephone calls, providing direct advice to customers whilst coaching your team in handling difficult situations to achieve an appropriate resolution.
The ideal candidate will be a strong motivational leader, able to bring the best out of their team. Crucially, flexibility and willingness to drive and respond positively to new challenges in the modernisation of the Customer Services department will be key expectations of the post holder.
