The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
*Excellent customer service approach
*Excellent communication skills and ability to explain IT issues with non-IT staff
*Previous IT 2nd Line work experience (ideally at least 2 years)
*Ability to work efficiently and effectively
*Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet scheduled work deadlines
*A desire to further your career in IT
IT Skills Required:
*Windows 2003 to 2012 R2
*Exchange 2003 through to 2013
*Managing anti-virus software solutions including Barracuda, Sophos, Symantec.
*Operating systems used were mainly Microsoft with Hyper-V and occasionally VMWare.
*Hardware included Sonicwall firewalls, HP -Servers and desktops.
