As part of a restructuring programme, and in support of a clear and ambitious corporate strategy, our global-brand client is looking for an experienced, high-energy Corporate Comms Business Partner to join their growing Corporate Comms team.

With a strong background in business partnering, you'll use your well-honed relationship building skills and commercial acumen to plan and deliver relevant, timely and high-impact corporate communications across the UK business for this major global employer.

About the role:
You'll work closely with business leadership to design, implement, manage and develop targeted comms activity - internally and externally - in support of ongoing BAU and change/transformation programmes. Working alongside the Head of Corporate Comms and Channels Manager, you'll get out into the UK business, build close relationships and work collaboratively to land clear-and-concise comms that meet business needs. With a close eye on governance, you'll help the business build out a portfolio of first-class comms activity with the clear aim of improving engagement levels internally and enhancing reputation externally.

Specifically, you'll work alongside your Channels colleague to help the business implement SharePoint and Facebook at Work, you'll work closely with HR on employee engagement initiatives and generally offer support and counsel to the business as it builds it's capability in communications. You'll also work closely with stakeholders on external (PR) activity.

About you:
You'll have spent the past 5 years or more within Corporate Comms (perhaps across both agency and in-house), with a very strong focus on commercial business partnering. A commercially minded, confident, credible and outcome-orientated team player, you'll enjoy working at pace. You'll be adept at championing good comms practice through influence and delivery, and will offer a robust, resilient yet collaborative style.

**Critically, you'll have experience of communicating with non-office-based employees, and will have a demonstrable track record in reaching, informing and engaging these audience groups.**

Your background will span Internal Comms, PR and wider Corporate Comms and you'll be looking for a broad role that allows you to continue your career in a similar vein.
